These Terms are written in English. The English language version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translations provided for convenience do not form part of the binding agreement.
To use the full features of the 8fd platform you are required to register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth and contact information.
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 8fd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 8fd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and must keep your account details updated. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure. Any withdrawals processed prior to the discovery of false information may be subject to reversal.
8fd may at any point request identity verification documents from a player — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above a specified PKR threshold. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Account functionality may be limited until requested verification documents are provided and accepted.
Your 8fd account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell or otherwise allow any other person to use your account. 8fd accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of account access by an unauthorised third party where that access was made possible through the player's own action or negligence — for example by sharing login credentials.
All deposits on 8fd are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits — the PKR amount you send is the PKR amount credited to your account balance.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 8fd account within a few minutes. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared in your account balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact 8fd support with your transaction reference number.
8fd is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues on the player's payment provider side — for example insufficient wallet balance, expired cards or bank-side rejection. If a deposit is successfully sent from your end but does not credit to your account, you must raise the issue with 8fd support and provide relevant proof of payment such as a transaction screenshot or reference number.
Withdrawal requests on 8fd are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 8fd does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the depositing account holder.
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed identity verification and your account must be in good standing — meaning no open disputes, no suspected fraudulent activity and no active bonus wagering requirements that restrict cash withdrawal. Any active wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
8fd aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times by method are as follows:

8fd reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or place it under review where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity mismatch or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation before a final decision is made.
Sports betting on 8fd covers Cricket — including PSL, international T20, ODI and Test matches — as well as Football, Esports and other markets as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 8fd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or that are placed under suspicious circumstances. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's PKR account balance as a credit. No winnings are paid on void bets.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected Cricket and other sports markets during an event. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets may be suspended at any point during play — particularly during key moments such as wickets, goal scoring or other significant events. 8fd does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any specific event.
8fd uses official results from the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket matches — to settle markets. If a player disputes a market result, they must raise the issue with 8fd support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are shown in the betting interface. These limits exist for single bets and accumulator bets. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit — the original stake is not affected.
Slot games and live casino titles on 8fd operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems respectively. All game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by previous results, player history or account status.
Each slot game has a published Return to Player percentage. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return across a very large number of spins — they do not guarantee any specific return within any individual session. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP.
Slot and live casino titles available on 8fd may change from time to time. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates or technical issues. 8fd is not liable for losses arising from a player's inability to access a specific game during a planned or unplanned maintenance period.
If a player's connection to the 8fd platform is interrupted during a slot spin or live casino round, the system will complete the round based on its current state when the disconnection occurred. The result of the completed round is final. Any bets that were placed prior to disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome.
8fd may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game or market restrictions — which are published alongside each offer.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Placing bets on certain low-margin markets or using certain game types may not count towards, or may count at a reduced rate towards, wagering requirements — this will be stated per promotion.
Attempting to exploit bonus offers through practices including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating bets across accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, or using automated systems to play through bonuses is considered bonus abuse. 8fd reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings and suspend any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
8fd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already fulfilled deposit requirements to participate, 8fd will honour the promotion on a case-by-case basis at its reasonable discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8fd account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
If you suspect that your 8fd account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 8fd support immediately. Until you notify 8fd, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested.
8fd recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their account — one that is not used for any other online service. Using the same password across multiple platforms significantly increases the risk of unauthorised access if any one of those platforms is compromised.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8fd platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:
8fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, suspected use by a minor, or failure to complete required identity verification.
If you wish to close your 8fd account of your own accord, contact 8fd support directly. Any genuine PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and identity verification requirements.
An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 8fd will notify the account holder via registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active.
8fd takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to providing tools that help players manage their activity on the platform. Gambling is entertainment — it is not a way to earn income, and losses are always a genuine possibility on every bet and game.
